Every Turn Key employee is personally interviewed, skill evaluated, tested, referenced checked, bonded and WHMIS trained in the generics of WHMIS. This information is stored in our recruitment database and is updated on a daily basis. Before all assignments, our employees are carefully instructed about all aspects of their assignment. All our employees are eligible for employee of the month awards and incentive programs. These programs are based on attendance and outstanding performance. All our employees receive and sign for a copy of our employee handbook which outlines our employee policies, procedures and Health and Safety Policy.
