When you place an order, a company profile is completed (i.e. shift times, supervisors, etc.) and retained by Turn Key Staffing Solutions, which provides us with the important but repetitive information required when orders are placed. For each position we will request a complete job description to ensure the best possible match. Turn Key's staffing coordinators will then search our recruitment database matching the abilities, experience and training of each candidate with the job description provided by our clients. Assigned employees are then given an assignment detail sheet which provides our employees with all the details of their assignment.
On the first day of any assignment, our staffing coordinator will call to ensure that our employees have arrived. If for any reason a replacement is required, a backup employee will be sent in as soon as possible. Our staffing coordinator will do performance reviews and disciplinary action when you request it.
Pay cheques are delivered to your premises each Friday to all employees that are on assignment that day.
